  • SITECH’s prestigious Management Trainee Program is your gateway to leadership excellence. Through structured mentorship, rigorous training, and hands-on projects, embark on a journey that accelerates your career trajectory and empowers you to shape the future of our organization.
  • Requirement:
    • Fresh graduates having bachelors/master’s degree in any discipline (with min 16 years of education) from an accredited University with minimum 3 CGPA are eligible to apply.
    • HSSE Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a HEC recognized university

    • Age limit 26 years

Aqeel Ahmed

Group CEO

Mr.Aqeel is a successful business leader with the capacity to steer organizations to the next level, foster lasting transformation, and boost shareholder value by implementing an innovative approach to human resources. He took on this pivotal role in January 2022, having previously served as an Executive Vice President at Siemens.
With a rich background spanning over 25 years in the global engineering and technology sector, Mr. Aqeel boasts a proven track record in business turnaround, stellar performance delivery, and value creation for shareholders.
Mr. Aqeel is a graduate of the prestigious Advanced Leadership Program at Siemens Global Leadership Centre in Germany. His passion for developing and empowering talent, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving customer and stakeholder value underscores his commitment to success at SITECH and beyond.

Salman Ahmed

CFO

Mr. Salman Ahmed is a highly inspirational, qualified and a progressive professional. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan. He has been part of Peoples Steel Mills Ltd. since 2017; prior to this he has been serving the corporate sector for almost two decades in the field of accounting, finance, audit and corporate affairs. 

 

His professional experience encircles different listed, unlisted multinational and local companies operating in textile, leasing, engineering and retail sector. He has developed a reputation of the company in different corporate forums which helps in capturing the diversified dynamics of benchmark financial practices in vogue.

Rao Rashid Ali

Director (Operations) / COO

A highly accomplished and results-oriented production leader with a proven track record of successfully initiating and executing management numerous projects within Peoples Steel Mills. Processing extensive experience in all facets of production management, from strategic planning and process optimization to team leadership and quality control. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative production strategies that enhanced output, reduced costs, and improved product quality.

A data oriented leader with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving operational efficiency. Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver tangible results in a fast-paced environment. Adept at fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment and creating a culture of continuous improvement b y empowering team members to achieve their full potential.

Syed Sajid Hussain

Managing Director

A successful, dedicated, devoted, experienced and highly qualified Engineer. He has been a part of PSM since 1995. Syed Sajid Hussain developed the Quality Assurance Department and applied the latest tools, techniques and equipment for increasing the quality of Product on bench mark level.

 

Mr. Sajid is a visionary leader with 30 years of experience in steel manufacturing, metallurgical engineering and industrial operation with focus on Research & Development work. He combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive profitability, sustainability and innovation in the steel industry. The contribution of Syed Sajid Hussain on nurturing the well being of employees and growth of the company is evidently progressive.
