Our bar rolling mill is designed to produce high-quality rounds ranging from 18 mm to 80 mm in diameter and flats with widths between 50 mm and 110 mm and thicknesses from 6 mm to 25 mm. The facility is equipped with an automated, pusher-type reheating furnace for precise temperature control, ensuring consistent quality. Additionally, the shop includes roll cutting and grinding facilities to maintain operational efficiency and deliver superior finished products.
To cater to the diverse requirements of industries such as Oil and Gas, Process Engineering, General Engineering, Automotive, and Defense, a state-of-the-art Seamless Pipe Mill has been established. This facility specializes in the production of seamless pipes and tubes made from carbon steel, alloy steel, and special steels, adhering to international quality standards to meet the exacting demands of these industries.
The mill is equipped with cutting-edge technology and advanced machinery, enabling the production of hot-rolled, cold-drawn, and cold-rolled pipes and tubes. It offers a wide size range, with outer diameters (OD) from 16 mm to 220 mm, wall thicknesses from 1 mm to 30 mm, and lengths of up to 40 feet. The plant’s modern setup ensures precise dimensional accuracy, excellent surface finish, and enhanced mechanical properties, making it capable of delivering high-performance products for critical applications.
PSM’s radial forging facility is a cornerstone of our advanced manufacturing capabilities, designed to meet diverse forging requirements with precision and efficiency. Equipped with state-of-the-art reheating and annealing furnaces, along with an automated manipulator, this facility is optimized for the production of a wide range of profiles, including square, flat, round, and stepped shapes. Our forging capabilities cover free and die forging, accommodating products ranging from as small as 5 kg to as large as 1,500 kg. With the capacity to handle pieces from half a tonne to an impressive 312 tonnes, our radial forging facility ensures consistent quality and versatility, meeting the unique demands of our clients across various industries.
PSM’s two-high reversing mill is a cutting-edge facility designed to deliver exceptional precision and versatility in steel plate and billet production. This advanced mill is equipped with an auto-controlled reheating furnace, ensuring optimal temperature regulation for consistent quality throughout the rolling process. Additionally, a state-of-the-art plate leveler enhances the mill’s ability to produce high-quality plates with widths of up to 1,500 mm and thicknesses as low as 8 mm. The facility also specializes in rolling square and round billets, ranging in sizes from 75 mm to 130 mm, catering to diverse industrial needs.
Our Press Forging Plant features a powerful 1700 MT hydraulic press, designed to handle the production of heavy and critical forgings with precision and reliability. The facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art reheating furnace that ensures optimal material temperature for forging, as well as an automated manipulator for precise handling of large workpieces during the forging process.
This advanced setup enables the production of high-integrity forgings weighing up to 12 metric tons, meeting the stringent requirements of industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive & allied etc.
The plant is capable of producing complex shapes and customized components while maintaining exceptional dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties.
Our hammer forging facilities are equipped with a range of hammers, from 0.5-ton to 3-ton capacities, and complemented by mechanical presses for versatile forging operations.
The setup includes modern reheating furnaces to ensure optimal forging temperatures and heat treatment furnaces for post-forging processes, enhancing the mechanical properties and durability of the forged components.
The facility specializes in die forging, capable of producing components weighing up to 15 kg with exceptional accuracy and consistency. These forged products are widely used in various industries, where high strength and precision are critical.
