The plant has the capability to produce steel according to all major international quality standards and, to-date has manufactured more than 400 steel grades and alloys.
In order to keep pace with emerging technologies in the world of steel;, the plant was upgraded in 1996 through a comprehensive modernization program with the technical assistance of VAIS, INTECO, and Bohler of Austria. The plant is equipped with modern melting, refining, degassing, electroslag re-melting, and necessary casting, rolling, and forging facilities with an annual capacity of more than 70,000 MT, Product quality is ensured through modern material testing facilities and well-trained workforce.
